01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration

05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Minimum Deposit

5.2 Accepted Currencies

All transactions on the ww888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and any applicable conversion fees are borne by the user.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ww888 account are legally obtained and belong to you. 06 Withdrawals

12 Limitation of Liability

ww888 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (b) any errors in the Platform will be corrected; or (c) the Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

13 Termination

ww888 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if ww888 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to ww888, other users, or third parties.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., underage, self-excluded, or located in a restricted jurisdiction).
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance attributable to fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be forfeited. Where termination is not for cause, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method after deducting applicable fees and completing required compliance checks.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ww888 support. Voluntary closures will be processed within 5 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements and any pending bets or bonus wagering obligations.

14 Privacy & Data

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ww888, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the subject matter.
